OUR SERVICE MODELS
RETAINER
A monthly retainer allows you to secure a recurring block of time to use in any way you need it. Spread the hours over the month and have a strategic marketer and implementer on-hand for a fraction of the cost of a salary. Retainer clients are prioritised in scheduling, as their requirement is known in advance.
PROJECT
Have a specific requirement in mind, with a clear beginning and outcome? Brief it in for an accurate project fee, and agreed scope and deadline, so you know exactly what you're getting. Quoted as a project fee, not an hourly fee. New projects are scheduled to begin at the nearest available gap.
ADHOC
Don't need a regular block of time? No problems! If you want to talk through an idea, get some guidance or have a small task completed, we can do it on an hourly basis, with a maximum cap agreed. Adoc requirements are scheduled into the nearest available gap, between retainers and projects.

Something we learned early on, is there's a vast difference between suppliers and partners. Suppliers are transactional, they give you what you need and move on. A 100-year-old business with a fantastic team, we worked with the Co-op to assess its brand and marketing and deliver a repositioning, new company messaging and project management.
Meshed
Working closely with our amazing digital dev partner, Quantum Web, and Meshed, we created a new value prop tagline, key messaging and compelling copy for the Meshed website.
EAC
Collaborating directly with the CEO of this 60-year old business, we managed a rebrand and website rebuild, while also producing monthly articles and managing socials.
Aurora Healthcare
As Aurora prepared to launch a ground-breaking mental health clinic, we analysed the industry and delivered a brand tagline, key messaging, positioning and marketing strategy.
BeingIconic
Consulting within the business to clients in health, property, tech, construction and others, we delivered messaging and strategy, and acted as marketing director for a variety of companies.
