We're not any of those, and we don't apologise for it.

The honest truth is, we don't like to be big and flashy; to have our pictures plastered everywhere and our profiles on display; to be part of 'the 'click'.

We like our spot behind the scenes, sleeves pushed up, genuine relationships, quietly working hard for our clients and their success.

Our sales pitch is simple: If you want to work with people who will give you the best advice, even when it's not in our own interest; who will be honest and open; and who will invest so hard in your success that you forget we're not one of you -- you've found us.

We're a network of well-connected, experienced professionals with varied skillsets, who love our clients and love working with each other.

Most of our work comes from referral, most of our clients come back to us -- some from as many as three consecutive employers. We think that says a lot.
