I work with founders and CEOs who have big dreams, but haven’t yet found the words, the structure, or the rhythm to bring them to life.
They’re not short on ideas. They’re short on space to think. And on people who will listen — really listen — without jumping straight into tactics or performance metrics.
That’s where I come in.
What I do sits somewhere between business coaching and personal counsel. As a Growth Management Mentor I help leaders slow down enough to feel what’s in their head. To untangle the vision from the noise. To get clear on what matters most, and how to translate that clarity into something the business can actually deliver on.
Before we touch frameworks or priorities or OKRs, we start with a conversation. A real one.
I ask questions that don’t sound like strategy questions.
What’s the big thing you’re really trying to do here?
What do you wish people just understood without you having to explain it?
What are you holding in, or holding back, because you don’t have time or space to process it?
There’s usually a pause. A deep breath. And then the truth comes out.
It’s not about mission statements or brand decks. It’s about giving leaders permission to open up. That’s where the magic begins.
Once the fog starts to lift, we begin shaping that story into strategy.
This is where my coaching style becomes structured and deeply practical.
I use proven tools, but I never force them in too early. They serve the vision, not the other way around.
Together, we co-create a set of brand foundations that act as the company’s compass:
Most importantly, we make sure those foundations aren’t just copy-paste phrases, they’re specific, honest, and alive in the business.
Once the foundations are in place, we move into planning, but we do it differently.
We don’t jump into a spreadsheet and start assigning deliverables. We ask:
This is where one single phrase as a strategy can become our guide. It’s a tool I love because it cuts through complexity. One line. One direction. Zero fluff.
From there, we build out thecompany objectives, not in isolation, but in concert. Each Rock is designed to play its part in delivering the business’ main goal.
Because real traction doesn’t come from chasing quarterly wins, it comes from aligning every action to something bigger. Something bold. Something worth showing up for.
And that’s what I help founders design: a planning rhythm that feels achievable, but is always pointed toward a shared long-term goal.
Every founder I’ve worked with, whether they’re leading a scaling tech company, a professional services firm, or a family-owned business, hits a similar moment.
It’s the moment where their original vision starts to get lost in the operational blur. Where they’re carrying it all in their head, but can’t quite get it out clearly to the team.
Where every department is ‘busy’, but traction feels elusive.
I help them pause. Clarify. And build a rhythm that can scale, one that delivers not just on performance, but on purpose.
At Write Way Up, we believe in designing sustainable businesses — ones that balance profit, people, and place.
We do this by carefully pulling the right levers at the right time. Strategic focus. Brand alignment. Operational rhythm. Until the magic happens, and we see sustainable growth, profitability, and happy people both inside and outside the organisation.
Yes, I’ll leave behind strategy documents, well-defined objectives, and team-wide alignment tools. But that’s not the real result.
The real result is when a founder says:
“That’s it. That’s what I’ve been trying to say. That’s the business I’ve been trying to build.”
That’s when I know we’ve done the work.
This kind of mentoring isn’t for everyone. It’s for the exec who’s ready to let go of the noise and do the real work of leadership.
We’ll unpack what’s in your head and heart, build a clear, aligned strategy, and get your team moving in sync toward your vision.
