Your executive sessions
Welcome to your Executive Sessions, starting with your pre-work for Executive Session 1.
While the workshops in our PoP program are designed to surface ideas from across the leadership team — drawing on a wide range of experience, skills, and perspectives — these sessions are where that work is refined, tested, and finalised.
They’re also the forum where we will go a step further: to tackle the decisions and areas that need focused attention from those ultimately accountable for the business.
This is where clarity is created and direction is confirmed. The buck stops here.
Executive sessions should include at least 2 of the top decision makers in the business, for example, the CEO and the CFO or Head of Finance.
Executive Session pre-work modules are designed to give you some individual time to think, plan and review before the session. Pop an hour in your diary, set it aside and go through the required contributions from the workshop that you will discuss in the session.
To prepare for Executive Session 1, please review the vision, mission, values and objectives from Workshop 1 and write any further individual notes and thoughts below, that will help guide your discussion.
