The pricing for proofreading and editing can vary depending on the original copy and how quickly you need the work completed. Sometimes, all that is needed is a simple check and correction. However, if the original copy requires a lot of alterations then, naturally, the price will be a little higher.
Write Way Up will provide you with a cost estimate after receiving your work. Then we will e-mail you, confirm that everything is okay and get to work.
The following prices are a rough guide as to what you can expect to pay:
Proof Reading
$25/hour
Minimum charge of $10
Editing
$35/hour
Minimum charge of $15
Translation
Approximately $0.40/word
To give you an indication of what it will cost, simply use the word count option in Microsoft Word.
A discount rate of 10% is offered to all full-time students.
